Virgin Active are a bunch of *******! I cancelled my gym membership in December 2020. They are still debiting my account. Three months ago, called their head office. The lady that I spoke to confirmed that my membership was cancelled and agreed that they should not be charging me yet this issue continues. I emailed them as well but they did not bother to respond.
