Virgin Active appauling service

I just recieved one of the worst service calls in my life from virgin active consultant. I requested a cancellation of my gym membership *** in October 2023. I was informed I must give one month notice and pay R110 cancelation fee. I said I am happy to do so the can deduct the R110 and The November subscription. In December they deducted the monthly fee and i asked why???? They told me they did not deduct the cancellation fee so my membership is still active. Then today an arrogant, inexpirienced useless consultant is teling me that its going to affect my credit score.
