Virgin Active and their poor service

I am a member of Virgin Active Horison in Roodepoort. despite the fact that the club is neglected, poorly managed and has very old equipment. They have gone and cancelled the only classes that we have in the morning at 5h15 on Mon and Tue and replaced them with nothing, nothing at all. They say it was a business decision that if a class doesn't have 15 or more people attending it, then it must be cancelled but what about the people who attend that class religiously regardless of season whether it's winter or summer? Does Virgin Active care about their customers? Is customer satisfaction part of their KPIs? do they know that some of us wake up at 4am to come to the gym and we prefer structured classes? Why does it matter if people come to the class or not because we don't use the "pay as you go" system, whether you come to gym or not, you are still going to be charged your monthly fee as per your contract. To make things worse, even when you take these issues up with the person in charge of classes in that club (Ashley), he has no interest none whatsoever, in fact he has the facial expression of being bored to death by your complaint. He even walks away while you are trying to make him aware of the necessary feedback he needs to take back to management. I have complained to the club manager about the seats that ruin our tights, the seats are very uncomfortable so many times and nothing is done. I really pray to the universe that someone opens another gym in our area that will offer us good service and products that are customer centric.
