Virgin Active and MDB will blacklist me for service I did not subscribe for unless I pay without asking who activated membership

I cancelled my service due to relocation in 2021 and now in 2024 some how it is reactivated without my permission and have two weeks notice before I am black listed for something I did not activate. I sent email to virgin active without success on clarifying the issue and will be blacklisted in two weeks.
