Virgin Active and MBD

hi.

In 2015 I joined the gym and all was good and well until I cancelled my contract. at the time I was living in EL but relocated back To PE, so i cancelled my memebership. They did not inform me about any fees or payments I must make. after the first debt order went off I foned VA and asked why it went off and they told me that I froze my account and bow it is active again. I informed the lady that I cancelled my contract etc. She said A complaint will be logged and i will be contacted.Months later I fet harassed by MBD for not making payments etc. Every month its a different amount. I told the consultant once that I cancelled my account and all that jazz. She Said i only cancelled my account Dec 2016 which is unacceptable. I refuse to pay until this matter is resolved. I am only willing to pay 50% of the remainder of my contract then as explained to me by other members. please I beg of Virgin Active to respond to me
