virgin active and *****

I had a contract with virgin active which I cancelled today, I took my nephew in to train couple months ago and was told by the consultant Sherwin in pavilion that he needs to join in but I explained to Sherwin that my nephew lives in port Shepstone. he said that Is fine, we can sign him in and he only pays for a joining fee now and then he can pay when ever he comes through. I agreed but I was going for my personal training sessions and the once of fee was going to come of my account, Sherwin brought the paper for me to sign while I was with my trainer and I signed thinking it was just for bank details I'm signing which was what he told me but he made me sign a 2 year contract for my nephew whom lives in port Shepstone.

when we found out about this, we were given the run around and then told that Sherwin has left and I need to pay 2 year cancellation fee to cancel the contract, I told the manager at pavilion what is going on and he said that he will sort out, he did nothing about it and I got debited again, I called in again and he said that I need to come in and I had told him that I have no time to even come to gym and that he need to sort this out immediately as I'm telling him what had happened but still nothing and they refuse to reimburse my money,

as far as I'm concerned virgin active does a lot of ***** and people don't know about it. some of the consultants take advantage of situations.

I was told by several people never to sign up with virgin active as this is what they do and I did not listen.

I want a refund on all the payments that were deducted of my account for my nephew. I cancelled his contract today as well but the fact is I was debited R400 extra every month for a contract that I as not aware of. People think money grows on trees and that they can just take peoples money without their permission and then claim that they know about it and lie directly on your face.

I want something done about this. I also called the manager last month to get this sorted out and told him I cant come in, he said ok he will see what he can do and call me back but still nothing.
