VIRGIN ACTIVE AN ********* COMPANY

I am so dissatisfied with Virgin Active I will never recommend Virgin Active to anyone I paid cash for my first money until my vitality benefit activitate and they said the next month I should come back if I want a full contract so I did not go back because I was not fully using the Gym and I phoned the consultant at keywest Virgin Active and he no problem at all he understands 3 months past and all of the sudden I owe Virgin Active 3600.00 because I signed a contract and I explained to them this is what the consultant at Keywest Virgin Active told me and they well I owe them or they will put my name on ITC.

They are terrible how can you tell a costumer he owes you money if he did not even sign the contract and the best part is I asked them if I have signed the contract as the say why has no monthly debit order run off om account or any email or message the first if I missed then premium.

You guys are robbing people of their and the way you treated me is *********
