Virgin active change their operating hours without consulting their clients , my family and I were literally chased out of wonderboom gym pool because the closing times had been changed arbitrarily , the acting manager on duty did not handle this with any tact at all . To add insult to injury they base their tariffs on where the gym is located ie richer area higher fees even though the facilities are similar . Richard Branson made his millions and now doesn't give a stuff about the small gym user .
