Virgin Active Amanzimtoti

I wanted to register as a member but soon after my inquiry I injured my foot and couldn't continue. I took the time to go there and explain why I couldn't continue and to my relief I was told my registration was not yet processed anyway. 2 months later I received an sms saying I'm owing and I went onto my banking app and noticed they've been debiting. I also received a call from 1 of the agents asking me wen I'm paying and as soon as I sed I don't have an account with them she slammed the phone before I could even ask but why am I being debited if I'm not a client. It seems all these companies are just ****s including The gym company they are worse. I just didn't think Virgin active was part of it.
