Virgin Active allow theft of their clients belongings as we are the people who ***** amongst ourselves.

I went to Virgin Active Roodepoort this morning, like I've been doing for the last Virgin Active Roodepoort. For 15 years I've been visiting this gym. I securely locked my clothes and valuables in a locker and checked that it was securely locked. On opening my locker after my gym session I found that my cellphone was gone and then when I wanted to pay with cash later, I discovered all the cash which was in Rands and USD at the total of R720.00 was gone, After I complained and requested certain things, all the legal jourgon was mentioned to me and they won't take no responsibility even after my phone pinged at being at the gym, They will email me on Monday as it is the only thing that they can do. It was mentioned to me that it can't be the staff as they won't do anything like that, it's the patrons in his words. What was mentioned to me by their Shift Manager (if we come to the gym we have a good chance our belonings will be ******) is that this is South Africa and that we whom comes to a Flag Ship Virgin Active Roodeport must expect that theft will happen regardless of what we do and no responsibility will be taken even if the culprits are still on the property. The best is when I went to the police station to open a case of theft against Virgin Active Roodepoort they mentioned that they have numerous cases open for theft like what happens to myself for Virgin Actives. So what does this say!!
