Virgin Active admin lacks professionalism

Virgin Active Randburg has given me 3 or 4 membership cards due to the incompetence of the salesman, Sizwe. They have cost me bank charges and caused continuous inconvenience. I was debited in April with R650 and only got reimbursed R500 3 weeks later in contravention it their 7 day policy. Then I was debited again with R200 in May after Sizwe stated that I will only start paying from June. Due to all these contravention and for the lack of professionalism modeled by Sizwe, I don't see why I should put myself through this torture and want my contract canceled with immediate affect.
