Virgin active admin department

I have been with Virgin active for two years I have been having count less problems with their admin department For two years my kids were not active on the cards For the past 6 months my debits has not been goin off and agents callin me saying I didn’t pay when I paid Then I gyn everyday Bt my cards are blocked

They so kwik to say they the best gym but their admin sucks How does a agent not make notes on calls n follow ups I have emails and emails but they never sort me out The only reason why I’m still with them bec I like the club in at and the staff already know the stupid drama they embarrased

Virgin active app does not work Also u log a call nobody assist
