Virgin ACTIVE

I never signed up with Virgin Active, nor did I authorize any payments to be debited from my account. Despite this, their employee tried to pressure me into signing up by promising that money would be sent to cover the debits. I disputed this unauthorized and *****ulent activity immediately, yet they still went ahead and withdrew money from my account. This is completely unacceptable and frustrating.
