Virgin Active acts like there is no pandemic going around

I am losing confidence in the way the clubs are managing the covid-19 from preventing a spread within the gyms.

An individual within the Kauai tried served me after throwing food in his mouth and not washing his hands. Then I told him to wash his hands and all he did was rinse them off. I made this complaint to the club.

All over the gym, it requests you to put a mask on, unless you are doing vigorous exercise. This is not being upheld, as soon as members enter the gym floors they are taking their masks off, why are the staff not policing this? But what I do see is staff walking in groups of threes telling fat jokes and laughing. Do they not have things to do? Like, clean the gym equipment? Reminding people to wipe the equipment down after using it? Or is Virgin Active just a social place to work?

If we regress back into lockdown restrictions and you are forced to close your doors for the period, Virgin Active cannot say they did their best to prevent the spread. I am very disappointed with your standards.
