Virgin active accounting

I lost my card, and ordered a new one at Kyalami virgin active in midrand. They sent a link to my phone and paid on 1st April 2022, it is now the 15th April and every time I go to the gym they tell me I'm in arrears with my account which is embarrassing and highly unprofessional since they acknowledge that virgin active does not have their accounting in order. Please stop telling people coming to the gym they are in arrears, rather say that you have gremlins in the accounting system.
