Virgin Active account department's service is very bad!!!

Virgin active deducts R360 from my account for 2 months which they were not supposed to.I call them everyday for my refund and always told it will be processed.It's 2 months now.The service from Virgin Active finance is aweful, sometimes staff hangs up on you while talking to them on the.I have decided to cancel my membership with them.
