Virgin active account are pathetic

I was a virgin active member in 2022 and closed off my account accordingly end of 2022. And suddenly in 2024 I am being harassed that I owe virgin active, when I call virgin active, they are telling me my account is clear and I should ignore the letter of demand. How should I ignore the letter of demand when you sent my profile to this MBD company that I owe you? I want my name cleared and confirmation letter that I don't owe you anything as I don't. As why would you wait two years and say I owe you.......
