Virgin Active accepts payment but denies services

Virgin Active missed a preset debit order (going for 20+ years) and promptly blocked my access to my home gym - I only pay for National club use - tried to pay - their system wouldnt work. Paid via EFT after a sales person finally gave me details because HO promised to send and never did. Paid 2 weeks ago - I'm still blocked from my home gym.

Pathetic service - rather support a local gym than this over the top expensive corporation who cant organise a ****-up in a brewery.
