Virgin Active abusing me want me to pay them without using their resources

I had an contract with virgin active for two years than after more than 3years I cancelled it they keep on debiting my money than I reverse it its when they start calling me saying I'm owing them I told them I cancelled that contract they wanted a proof of cancellation I told them I called they must check their calls recording, to cut a long story short They keeps on harrasing me with their calls I tried inside platform but also no help a person called Tracy Lee Delport answered me saying when I cancelled was already was owing month of April my question to her how now they know I cancelled my contract with them course since they were saying they need proof I've never cance9again she's telling me she needs a proof that by April my contract was cancelled and she doesn't care if I use other platforms like you(Hello Peter) to help me. Please I know you once helped me on of this big companies was abusing their rights over customer like me who can't black list them or hang over their behavior to block their cruck schemes
