Virgin Active abusing market dominance

Virgin Active says I owe them money from 2010 and 2012 but been a member right through and no one ever told me or tried to collect these amounts! Here’s the joke they giving 50% “discount”! Why not 100%??? It’s been 9yrs?? This is abuse and the country must know! Virgin Active Green Point is abusive - they say I must call the call center but they offered the 50% see email below:

I trust you are well , we are very sorry about the inconvenient caused at our Virgin active Branches , I know its not a pleasant feeling , however the system picked up arrears on the membership You had a membership in century city in 2009 arrears of R875 however we could get it reduce to 50% of the fee , which = R438

Also in 2010 you had a membership at the Long street virgin active arrears on the membership is R1347 we can reduce it 50% which is R674

so the total amount to write off your arrears is R1112 this will settle your membership arrears
