Virgin Active a place where you get victomised and harrased as soon as you complain about service and management

<p>Shocked and speechless with the level of service I have recieved these couple of weeks from the staff,manager and regional manager of Virgin Active Lorraine. I have experienced the following :</p> <p>1. Having a door slammed in my face twice by the manager for asking questions regarding the broken airconditioning system.</p> <p>2. Asked the staff to assist me in contacting head office as I got cut off the whole time but was then told that its my problem.</p> <p>3. Staff walking up to me giving me a smurk of a smile then turn around and run to her boyfriend provoking him to start a fight with me. I immediately ran down to avoid a fight begging the manager and regional manager to remove her off the floor, within minutes she was back on the floor as she has "work" to do.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is only a drop in the ocean of the things I have experienced.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now my question to the CEO of Virgin Active , do you ******e this type of service and behaviour ?</p> <p> </p>
