Virgin Active - a NO NO NO!

Virgin Active is *****ing my money straight from my bank. They are debiting FULL membership fee even though I am with Vitality. Their system is down they say, but it is never down to collect the cash. After such a bad experience, I decided to cancel my membership, I don't mind paying them the 2 months penalty fee, but they don't cancel my membership and keep debiting the wrong amount. The call centre hung up on me even though I was never un polite to them.

This is plain theft.

Please cancel my membership and pay me back what is mine.
