Virgin Active a disgrace.

Virgin Active is really poor. The tread mills at the Stellenbosch gym are a disgrace. At least 80% of the audio jacks dont work, the TV channels are very confusing. In addition, from lockdown level 3 in Dec/Jan 2020/21 the sauna and steam room was closed. I was told it was because too many people were using these at the same time. I continuously enquired with the staff when these facilities would again be opened and was assured that this would happen at level 1. Guess what. Level 1 is now allready in operation for more than 2 weeks. Sauna and steam rooms are still closed. When I enquired about this, I was told they were waiting for head office who in turn where waiting for he government to get the go ahead. What a lot of trash. Its just an excuse to save money on electricity and water. This is absolutely a disgrace.
