Virgin Active

I am disgusted with virgin active and the service they offer to their clients , I have been a vitality memeber for years and a club memeber for years , my debit order went off for the month of may month and they charged me the normal gym rates I have called numerous times and have physical visited the gym to get this problem rectified and get my refund and no help what so ever it’s disgusting that virgin active takes peoples monies and now it becomes a problem and a fight for the money to be refunded ? What service is this ? No service what so ever , you follow all the correct protocol and procedures it’s now going on 15 days to get a refund sis I find it a complete joke they quick to take your money but it’s a fight to get your refund back ? Virgin active is a joke and it’s sad that they can just ***** your money , virgin active is not the best gym out there all they care about is the money not you as a person just the money
