Virgin Active

I joined Multiply thinking. I can get a good discount by Virgin active, to my susprise gave me a new card without explaining that they are rewriting a new subscription for 12 months, so they up the new subscription charge the full amount then with the " Multiply discounts" back down again, exactly the same amount I was paying, actually R20 more, only when I went to find out why there is no difference in the payment was this then only explained to me, way to late of course I can't cancel as I have to pay Two months cancelation fee, and then I tried to change it to a off peak Tarif and still to no avail. Manager at Watermeyer Park said he can't do anything to change anything I need to contact head office, what a joke. Don't answer phone to high volumes, don't answer emails so what must I do.
