Virgin active *******

I joined Virgin active with my son in 2019 who was 14yrs at the time. 2 yrs later I receive an email that my contract is coming to an end and if I wanted to cancel I should should dobson in writing. I emailed my cancelation letter for end September which was more that 30days notification. They still debited my account for 2month after that. I called them for a refund. I sent of rhe proof. But they didn't action my request. I went to the branch in Gatesville qnd Parow and showed them my cancelation email and they took down my details to escalate. To date no one from Virgin active contacted me. Lately I have been called by MBD for owing Virgin active. I went to Parow branch and told them that they owe me but they hand me over. They canceled my membership but not my son's who was a minor. I told them to take the money they owe me and pay the attorneys and remove my name. I am still getting call. The Parow lady took my details and asked me to email may cancelation letter but no action from her side either. I want my name cleared and my money back.
