Virgin active

Got a call from virgin active saying Im owing them. How can I owe them, because the last time they called me last year the consultant said Im only owing R340.... Of which I did pay it via EFT and the lady was the one who was helping via phone. And she also confirmed that my membership will be cancelled. It ****es me off to get a call saying Im owing , what happened when they say calls are recorded. Please guys go back your recording and do your job. How can I not afford to pay R200 while I can afford to pay other debt that are more than R200. I just hope this doesn't affect my credit score because of you can't manage your staff.
