Virgin Active Dainfern has the worst customer service by far. The consultant at the club is so arrogant. He has been logging a call for me for the past 6 days. Everytime i ask him how far he is with resolving my issue, he tells me that; Either he was sick He had to see another client He was not in the office Headoffice doesn't work on Saturdays OMG you would swear this is a government department. 0/100 for Dainfern Virgin Active. The worst by far!
