Virgin Active

Virgin Active must be the worse business to deal with, *********** staff, rude, and lack of knowledge.

I eventually had to talk directly to the gym manager as Virgin Active HO are yet to reply to my emails dating back to Oct 2020. But they are quick to call and demand money. During lock down early stages I wanted to cancel my daughters contract as she was not going to the gym. I was told that I need to pay the balance of the contract which was a mere few rands.

After all that I have done for Virgin Active as an instructor, putting a few clubs on the map with great instructors that we members of my spinning class.

From me to you virgin active, get stuffed and stay stuffed.

Get your act together, now its all about money and not the members best interest.
