****mers I have never received a copy of my contract, even after requesting it multiple times. My membership automatically renewed without any notification thereof and without knowing it would happen. Thus forcing me to pay another month plus another 20 days. Why would the app indicate that my membership was coming to an end when it was not? The information is extremely misleading. Now after I have canceled my contract/membership via a phone call, as I was told to do after going to Virgin active in person, I asked for confirmation of the cancelation. I was told to email ***. I have had no reply. Ontop of that there was also the ridiculous increase in membership fees. They **** you. Beware!
