Virgin active !!!

Hi there tho whom it may concern .

In 2014 I had a altercation at virgin active Amanzimtoti with another member . There was no pushing or shoving , no fists thrown , just words between me and this member about invading personal space and standing on top of me at gym where there was ample space next to me . Regardless this individual ran to management and next thing I got called in by the new manager and got told to not do anything further and try cause I fight where I left it and didn’t do a thing . Next thing I know I try swipe in for gym and got banned . I have phoned number of times and number of people and no one could help me . I eventually moved and trained somewhere else . I recently moved to a new place and there is a virgin active around the corner from me . And closest other gym is like 30km away . Thinking after 7 years of everything that happend the banned might be lifted I get through to head office to tell me I have been banned for life . I know of people that had fist fights outside the gym , fist fights inside the gym and they all still train there . Did I approach the wrong person in gym that might be friends with the manager ? When I asked for if there was someone in charge I could speak to regarding this situation I got told there is no one ? When I got asked if there was a email or phone number I got told nothing . Virgin active this is really disappointing to know things just get shoved under the table and There is no help . Your after service is shocking .
