Virgin Active 26 Week Reward

I’m very disappointed with Virgin Active senior management. I reached my 26-week goal this month, and to my surprise, I received a R200 voucher to spend at Kauai, limited to that amount. I was honestly expecting a Virgin Active bag. This is quite disappointing. I need that bag!
