Virgin Active

Its been months and no feedback to members on what the plans are for the steam room and saunas,i completely understand the situation around the water restrictions however all premiums have remained the same.Many members join the gym for that reason specifally as a form of relaxation. The Silo district gym however has their saunas and steam rooms activated so not sure why the other clubs like Virgin Active Steenberg or Constantia are not looking for an alternative. I called Steenberg club and they said they are awaiting directive from HO however they are testing the grey water filtration system so it should be soon, I call HO and the consultant knew absolutely nothing about this and has never heard a word. It is so disappointing as I find myself searching for places where I am able to go an sauna at an extra cost. Why should this if I am paying a premium fee and you guys don't waste no time when it comes to that debit order each month. No innovation in this day and age for such a prestige brand.
