The worst company and service ever, all the know is to get lawyers to call you, without them solving the issue at hand. All they want is for me to pay for gym I didn’t use because the cards they gave me don’t work. Virgin active has become a headache. I need you to stop harresing me with your lawyers and pay me back the money you owe me, I don’t owe you anything. All the lawyers know how to do is call and never follow up, even a mere email can not be honoured from them.
