Beware of Virgin Active’s ********* Billing Practices

I requested to cancel my Virgin Active membership in January, yet they have continued to charge me every month since. Despite multiple calls where I’ve repeatedly asked for cancellation and requested call recordings as proof, they have refused to provide any evidence or confirmation of my cancellation.

It’s unacceptable that they continue billing me for a service I no longer use and have explicitly canceled. Their lack of transparency and refusal to send a formal cancellation confirmation make it clear that they prioritize ongoing charges over ethical customer service.

If you’re considering joining Virgin Active, think twice. Their cancellation process is deliberately frustrating, and their billing practices feel dishonest. I strongly advise against signing up with them.
