Virgin Active

<p>I started to get sms from virgin active saying that i owe money to them from last year and still now . I thought was a **** but when they called me i told them i did not sign up for any account with virgin active .so the person told i should get affidavit from police station . When i went to virgin active show them the affidavit they gave me copy of my contract with all.my details even my signature but wrong cell numbers and email address .plus not my hand writing even ..so the manager said he will sent my affidavit to headoffice and call me ..well am still waiting for the phone call they still sending me sms taking me to lawyers. How can virgin active be so *********** i never in my entire life needed to gym and also the account never been used ...virgin active very poor service not helpfull they expect me to pay for some ones account ..no am sorry will not pay a cent to them i will take this matter further</p>
