Virgin

I signed up with Virgin Active, they said that the sign up bonus was only that they would waive the joining fees. I asked for a bag but I was told that it was not on promo at the time. Since then in the up and coming months I had referred colleagues to join and they ended up with their joining fees waived plus they received the bag. I queried about this and asked for a bag, but was told that I can’t have the bag, and I can cancel if I like😳
