Virgi active bad communication questionable hygiene

I have emailed and called the head office since November asking to cancel my membership because of health hazards that caused me issues and cost me money buy have been ignored left right and centre. It took me 5 mins to register and now more than 5 months to cancel.

Worse still they keep trying to take money from my account yet I have a trail of emails with urgent reasons how the pool and cycle sessions were hazardous.

I called the branch and they told me headoffice does not respond to emails fast.. what is the point of having the email then??

Please improve on customer service, hygiene and communication.

STOP TRYING TO TAKE MY MONEY WHILE IGNORING MY COMMS.
