VIRGEN ACTIVE- HORRIBLE GYM

Worst, worst experience ever! Waterstone branch phoned us everyday to join Virgen Active. Eventually we signed up. We decided to cancel the gym as there is always lines when you want gym, classes always are always fully booked and when you eventually book a class they host it in the ba*****t on a dirty car parking floor. When you want to cancel your contract they ignore you for 2 weeks! When I phoned Virgen Active they couldn't even find my contract and said he would phone me back, he never did. I recommend others to rather join any other gym than Virgen Active.
