Violated at Virgin Active

While training in August 2017 i was recorded by an unknown man (a member of the club). I quickly informed the club staff but the man managed to get away. For weeks after the incident I tried to get some kind of recourse but none was forthcoming. I then contacted head office via Facebook. I got a lot of calls and promises to have the matter looked into but nothing happened. Instead they tried to "buy" my silence by giving me a 50% discount for 3 months. Up to now no one has called me to tell me what they have done about that incident. Nearly a year later. I can't bring myself to go there for fear of further violation
