Very rude Manager

So went to Virgin Active Bel Airs for my kids swimming lessons. I have been going there for the past 8 months or so and today there was this new manager called Thabiso. Am originally subcribed at Virgin Active Northgate so he is like you are only allowed here on weekends am like no but my kids have been taking lessons here since and I have never had any problems and he started shoiting telling me that my kids should take their swimming lessons in Northgate. There is a reason why i chose Bel Air for my kids to swim there and not Northgate for gyming purposes i always use Northgate just 1 day on a Friday my kids use Bel Air. Anf hr was rude to the extent of keeping on talking back even after i was quietand he was being pompous and telling me that kids r the only ones allowed how is that possible my kids get in for their lesson without me. Am very upset this guy was very rude telling me that he doesn't need explanations am very very upset right now they didn't allow me in just my kids as am sitting by the reception here.
