Very Poor service from Virgin Active Kyalami

Good day, On the 30th of August I have app**** for a national membership with Virgin Active at your Kyalami Corner branch, I was assisted by a consultant named, Reffoe Matsoso… I paid the joining fee of R1345 and electronically signed the contract, but I was told that the monthly premium was R499 instead of the R672.50 that I saw on the contract. I was promised by Mr. Matsoso that the premium would be changed on my debit to R499 and that the R672.50 was in error. In addition, I was also promised a bag, which I have never received. I have been inquiring for weeks/months for this to be rectified with him, but I’m left with empty promises, please can you investigate and solve this issue please? Regards, Neal Lamprecht
