VERY POOR service at so called premium gym

My wife and I wanted to go on a tour of the Virgin Active Premium at the Silo district. My wife had her ID with her, but I did not. They refused to let me in to tag alon on the tour. I was forced to stand by reception (there are no chairs either) while my wife finishes off the tour... Simphiwe Mahlangu

The manager on duty was very unhelpful ( Simphiwe Mahlangu) and I was very disappointed. I felt very unwelcome and extremely disappointed by this “premium” gym service experience. VERY POOR!!!
