Very poor service

For month I have tried to sort the contract which is supposed to a cash contract yet it is done as a month to month contract. When I've spoken to consultants from head office, customer service aswe as in-house it's as no one knows what to do. Service is absolutely pathetic to say the least. I still BATTLE to get success. Please make sure you read and understand what they offer, they extremely quick to take you money but after sales and customer satisfaction is none existing.
