Very poor service

I want to join virgin active honeydew but they say that I have a fee outstanding since 2008 and when I call the call center number they gave me they say I'm not listed on the system and no one can help me resolve this I get told to call number after number and the poor consultant is also trying everything to help me but he also gets shut down
