Very poor performance.

The situation at Virgin Active Montana is becoming worse by the day. They have to date not activated the steam baths or saunas even though there is no proof that it will propagate the virus more than other equipment in the gym. Please do not say it is government regulations as this can be negotiated with government. The phone lines and card check in has not working been for some time now. The service is way below standard. I expect better from Virgin Active taking into account the subscriptions they receive every month from their members. These complaints are falling on deaf ears and causing extreme frustration.
