Very poor higiene in men's bathroom,poor attitude

On the 27 th Dec I visited the club,as I a member since 2007.I have never seen the men's toilet as dirty and discussting as on that day. Some toilets didn't have any paper,others were just to dirty to use.I was quite suprized,as for a Virgin club,that is very unusual.I went straight to the desk front to ask for the manager.It took the manager 12 min to get to the front,which by now I was a bit agitated.I explained the situation to her,Lelo Mkabinda,and her reply to me was,I must be patient,as the cleaners are busy elsewhere.In the meantime,nobody could use the toilets.Which is totally unexpected.She had no apology or empathy for the ploblem,and were also very arrogant.All happened in front off other club members,which were very surprised by her attitude,The club is definitely not what it was a few years back,and especially the last 12 months or so took a serious dive.It is common knowledge with fellow club members,that the club is busy going backwards.<br> Virgin Active,please rectify the problem ASAP!<br> Regards<br>
