Very disapointing

Virgin active has this exciting reward program going on, you gym twice a week for a minimum of 30 each (And you gotta make sure that you tag out). Yes, we all love it for the discounts, for the free smoothies but the one i love the most is the earning "money" to pay for my membership. In a month you can earn R50. But if your debit order is R100 then one would think that they would debit the R50 reminder.

In the month of March I redeemed my points that i had earned and i was short only 50 cents. Which i thought they would debit seeing that their systems have automated controls, debit what is left after paying feed by points right.

But no, i was locked out of the virgin active app and my card was blocked i could not get in the gym, already on the 1st of April when the debit was due. I mean, I was so disappointed to learn that it was because i owe R0.50 cents.

Which i never said i dont wanna pay it cos they could have just debitted my account. but yoooo, i hear things about Virgin...You lock me out for 50 cents but when it comes to not cancelling people's debit orders when the cancel their memberships you are number one. Very disappointing.
