Very blesses

I want to thank Arlene Galinsky and Jade Habdid for always looking out for me. I mean every day I attend there classes there heart rates go up quicker than mine. The reason I am a bad heart condition. I mean it's at that stage of the Dr's are considering a heart transplant. But every single time I fall Arlene and Jade are there to pick me up help me start all over again. With out these 2 ladies I don't think I would've survived 2 bypasses , heart valve replacement and a torn heart Dr said out right if you were not fit you might not have made it. God used these ladies as his tools to keep me alive. I would very appreciate if you can tell them your self's what incredible ladies they are. They both work for Mayersdale Virgen Active in Alberton.
