very bad service!

Just want to say I got very pathetic service from virgin active table view, you guys were running a promo in April 2018 in canal walk ,where if you join you get the first trail month free to see if you would like to become a member i was assisted by lazola which explain that i would get one month free then the i can decide which gym i want to join if i am interested he gave me a gym bag which fell apart the very first day used it, i tried making contact with as he promised me he would replace the bag i signed my wife up as i am already a member at canal walk she got a white card and he said he would contact her by close to end may to see what gym she will join, we just found out she pregnant and she will not be joining after phoning numerous times to give them the information that i want to cancel nobody gets back to me they just make empty promises they will phone me now and the gentlemen also told me if i want to cancel i must come in to table view why?? i was no where near that gym when i was approached in a mall by promo stand i wont use my time to go there i want my wives card cancelled or i will put my lawyers on it.the sales guy lazola who communicated this promo information to me has now blocked me on whats app because i said i want to cancel this deal, very bad service i will make it known on m blog about table view virgin active bad service
